Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t right, here's everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date your order is delivered. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a defective or damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Tags must remain attached. Returns may be declined if tags are removed or missing.

For size-related exchanges, please email us at slanngquery@gmail.com for approval. Kindly refer to our size chart before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Request Review
    Our Customer Experience Team will review your request within 48 hours of submission.

  2. Reverse Pickup
    If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged.

  3. Packaging Guidelines
    Please return the item in its original packaging, just as it was delivered.

Important: In Case of Damaged Packaging

  • If the packaging appears damaged or tampered, please refuse the delivery immediately.

  • If the delivery is accepted, please provide:

    • An unboxing video OR

    • Images of the packaging (before and after opening)

    • This must be submitted within 24–48 hours of delivery.

For cuts or defects in the product, please ensure you send:

  • A clear video or images of the product and intact packaging

  • Within 24–48 hours of receiving the item

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank – processing times may vary

Shipping Details

Please ship your return to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For items valued over ₹10,000, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.

Exchange Requests

If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll replace it with the same product.
